How Hearing Augmentation Works
There are various hearing augmentation systems on the market, all suited for different environments. Our team of experienced electricians and audio technicians will install a solution to complement your public address system. Infrared systems require a direct line of sight for the user, who must wear a receiver with the appropriate attachment. FM systems also require the user to wear an audio receiver.
We also install audio-frequency induction loop systems or hearing loops. These aim to assist users with a hearing aid fitted with a T-switch or people without hearing aids by providing a loop receiver device. If you’re working in a smaller space, you can also purchase or hire one of our portable hearing loops. We’ll ensure your area meets the required hearing augmentation legislation and current Australian Standards.
